It doesn’t matter if it’s work, school, or a social get together. Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m always on time.

I’ve always shown up to work 15 minutes early, so I could get settled and figure out my tasks for the day.

 

For school, I'm in class a half hour or twenty minutes before the class even starts.

Even if I’m just meeting someone to go to the movies for example, I’m there early. If possible, I make sure that everyone knows I won’t be somewhere the night before or that morning.

For example, if I’m sick and know that sleep won’t make it better, I will email my instructors to let them know I’ll be absent for that day. As soon as I know about any appointment, I check my schedule and email or call whoever it may effect.
