Listening & Communication

During my time at The Source, listening to what my customers said was crucial. I always took the time to listen to what they wanted, asked questions to make sure that we were on the same page.

I made sure that they knew how to set up or to use the product before they left the store. Before they left the store to let them know I was there to support them if they needed it. Because of this, I had a lot of repeat customers who would only come in to see me, even after moving locations.​
